I started my fitness journey about 10 years ago, because I didn’t like how big the underwear I was folding was. I had just had my second baby and knew I wanted to change the narrative.
I quickly learned that choosing mostly nutritious foods, intentional movement and making Jesus a priority created a balance that allowed me to better care for the people around me.
With certifications in personal training, nutrition, corrective exercises and pre & post-natal corrective exercise, my goal is to guide you to make sustainable changes so you can live a happier and healthier life.
